BOB WOOD Products (Ready-Made)

• Customers may request a return or exchange of ready-made (non-custom) products within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
• The customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Custom Furniture Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature, custom furniture pieces cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.

Design & Finishing Services

Cash refunds do not apply to deposits paid after execution has actually begun or materials have been purchased.
