Introduction

By using the BOB Group website or requesting any of our services (interior design, architectural design, finishing, or BOB WOOD products), you agree to the following terms.

BOB TOUCH Services

• Site inspection booking is free and does not obligate the customer to any contract.
• Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date sent unless otherwise stated.
• Final execution prices are determined after an actual site inspection.
• Starting execution requires a separate contract outlining the payment schedule, timeline, and warranties.

BOB WOOD Products

• Displayed prices include tax unless stated otherwise.
• Custom furniture orders require a longer production time and may require a non-refundable deposit to cover material costs.

Payment

All deposits for finishing projects or custom furniture are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or execution has begun, except in cases of default by the company.

Intellectual Property

All designs and plans prepared by the BOB TOUCH team remain the intellectual property of the company until the project is fully paid for.
